Sorry bro. Changing the bulbs behind the cluster won't do jack s**t. Don't ask why, this has been asked before.

Zoom's right, you need a complete gauge face replacement I believe.

When it comes to lights, I've ripped apart every bulb in our cars. I can tell you each bulb size:
Dome light: 39mm festoon bulb (LED is available, I got em ;) )
Map lights: BS9's (LED is available, I got em ;) )
Rear hatch licence plate lights (LED is available, I got em ;) 37
HVAC controls: 74 (LED is available, I got em ;) )
HID high beams: H1's
Driving light: 194
Frosted turn signals: 3674 (same as brake lights)

nice, I was thinkin about changing the map lights to LEDs, perhaps blue or purple?
