broken timing belt = TRASHED svt motor, so new motor required.

Do you think the motor would be able to be rebuilt? I've known a few people lose a timing belt and bend some valves, but none of them had any damage to their pistons, etc. Although after 200,000 kms, maybe it's time to rebuild the short-block as well.

Haha ad says needs timing belt.... most likely grenaded the motor as well. hope no one bites. This is a parts car or project car.
