Im assuming that all i need to do to get the SVT fogs working on my Zx3 are getting the Svt pigtails and splicing into the current wires....? If anyone has done this before let me know what you did... thanks in advance.

Do you have an SVT bumper?
but yeah to wire up the fog lights you only need to splice the H10 pigtail onto the factory ZX3 fog light wiring.

Ya I have the svt bumper , so I'll find some of the h10s . I guess the best place to get them is eBay?
