I am always getting shocks off my car when I go to touch the door. Does anyone else have this problem. If so what have you done to stop it

I make sure to be touching a metal part of the car as I get out.

I cut down on the amount of polyester I wear also. :P

It can also have to do with the humidity, when the air is dry I get shocked from the car all the time. That, and if you shift in your seat a lot you'll create static buildup..
