dunno if they have it for the focus or not.. but im using h&r OE sport springs..
the spring is advertised to work with the OE damper...
on the integra they have a very mild .75" drop, which is i think half the drop of the h&r sport springs.. and the fronts have the same spring rate, and the rears are 66lb/in softer.. so 276f/210r for the OE sport instead of 276f/276r for the sport.. compared to stock 217f/110r the OE sports are still a fairly noticeable improvement..
