#1
If you aren't aware, powerworks is currently developing the '00-04 2.0L Zetec Focus automatic transmission kit based off of our current production 2.0L Zetec 5-spd kit (220HP, 180ft-lbs). Release details (output, release date, cost) pending, but should be available soon. Check out http://www.powerworks.net for updates over the next few weeks.

We have a car upfitted and have begun our calibration and development work.

I'll pass along whatever I can ...

We're hearing we can make the auto live under normal street driving conditions. It's all about how the torque is controlled. We'll see ... like I said, we have just gotten the development car up and running.

Notice I said normal street driving and not racing.

If my old car(an auto) wasn't at WOT, then it wasn't running....

I am sure that most people would not understand the concept of normal driving conditions......

Not too many people would spend $6000 on a supercharger and then drive it like a grandma......

Maybe work with lentech or level 10 and bundle a proper solution rather than one where people will ruin their cars......

Whats the point of putting a supercharger if your driving normal

The Stock 110WHP/WTRQ is plenty good for 'normal' driving.....

Like hardkore said.....sell it with a lentech, that way people arent blowing trannies right left and centre....

i think you guys fail to realize how complete the powerworks kits are.
if they make the kit and are willing to sell it, i highly doubt you will have much to worry about other than some basic tranny upgrades but you have to do those with a manual tranny and FI aswell.

i think the automatic guys will be stoked on what powerworks it putting together!
