Ok... this'll sound retarded... and the thought of it was pretty retarded in my books until i parked beside a ZX3 today. and honestly at a quick analysis... the front doors on my sedan and the doors on the ZX3 looked to be the same size. can it be so? honestly, this would make no sense to me... seeing as people have to get in and out from the back... this would be the first 2door i've ever seen having the same size doors as a 4door
obviously... i was wrong. but on the off chance i'm right... anyone?
only reason i ask is i'm looking to add power windows a la wreckers. not only would this open my options for ALL foci with power windows... but i've kinda also wanted to just have the front doors operational... screw the rears (weight... time... money... laziness)

ZX3 doors are longer then the sedan ones.

What's preventing you from doing this anyway regardless of the door size? You don't honestly think Ford used different power window motors between the 2 door and the 4 door models, do you?

lol, thanks man. definatly thought i was going insane there for a bit.
not the motors i'm worried about... just the door cards (having 2 rear switches that don't work) unless... see... i never really paid attention to the doors on the ZX3s i've driven. are there 2 switches? or is there spot for 4 and the back 2 are just blocked out> (ford stylez)

Everything is all set up on the focus's. You just need to buy the parts and wiring harness's and you will be set. Salvage yard would be best. Even the new 05's are the same.

ZX3's only have 2 switches... but even if you don't wanna use the 4 switch pod off a sedan/ZX5, just buy the two pack from Ford

Best way to find the answer for the door would be to just measure... I mean would it really surprise us if they did. I mean really.
