Just wondering...has anyone done the "test" on finding out how many KMs a focus can do after the gas light comes on?

It varies, some have gotten 50 some 100 and anywhere in between. I know the tempo here could go like 80 probably

calcuate your gas mileage per liter then time it by ten litres

i would not recommend driving till your completely empty.

If i did that though, my record 760.8km tank would probably be over 800km, i had more than 5 Litres left

I think the standard answer you would get from Ford is when the light comes on you have 10L left in the tank, so depending on how you drive you could prolly get 100 k's outta that
