I would say heavy foot.
I can drive to Toronto and get 525 Km tank before the light comes on driving 130-150Km/hr
I drive 120Km/hr, I can get over 100km's more. :o

I find this hard to believe ... what kinda rpm are you doing at 120km/h? cuz i know i'm around the 33-3400rpm mark at that speed and it just kills the gas .. i could only get about 460 on straight hwy driving doing 120km/h

The Zetec must turn > 3000 RPM because the SPI with a taller final drive does it @ 2900 or so.
I averaged 150KMs/10L over the weekend, mostly driving on the highway @ 110-120KM/H.
Sampled down and converted to imperial cause it's more fun that way:
10L = 2.65 gallons
150KMs = 93.75 miles
Average (roughly) MPG = 35.38
And if I travel @ 100 KM/H and average 180KMs / 10L:
180KMs = 112.5 miles
Average MPG = 42.45
So Nate, that's some killer economy you've got going on there. All I have is intake and an exhaust.
