i drive a 2003 zx5 with 40000km (still on guaranty)

i hear a SCWEEK-SCWEEK coming from de front of the engine :angry:

seems to be de a/c pump

anybody else have's this problem

should i have it checked at de dealer or fix it my self?

could it be the strap?

Get some belt dressing and spray the belt..if the sound goes away you need to change the accessory belt....if it remains then odds are its some pully. Perhaps even the tensioner pully or something. I doubt the water pump pully would go at 40k.

*sigh* Dealerships aren't always trying to screw you. I work for a Ford dealer.

Take it to the dealership. It's a free fix for a problem that's driving you insane. There's no problem with saying "NO" to whatever they try to sell you into doing.

If you hate them that much, just get your warranty work done there, it's FREE!
