As you all know, there are some new mods joining the team to help manage the site.. I'm introducing Section Mods and Assistant Mods into the mix.

Assistant Mods are like regular moderators, They have access to the entire board expect the sponsor forums. Assistant mods can perform all moderator tasks except they are only allowed to hide (unnapprove) posts, not delete posts. They can of course warn members, edit profile information such as signatures, etc. However, assistant moderators cannot permanently ban members.

Section Mods are like Assistant moderators, but can only perform these duties within the forums they are assigned as moderators to. They also can add events to the event calendar.

Assistant moderators may at some point be promoted to full Moderatorship, as well as moderators can be demoted to Assistant moderatorship.

Please respect Assistant and Section Moderators as you would regular moderators and admin staff... They will deal with members respectfully in return.
