NOS2Go4Me: if the scratches are not too deep, but only on the top of the clearcoat of your paint, they can be Wet-sanded & buffed out easily. your car can get scratched easily by handwashing if the mitten/cloth they are using has a very small rock or chip in it. Unfortunate as it is, it sucks to happen.
