Acttually, you are wrong. Your toilet flush goes into the waste water system. Waste water is treated before being put back in the lake. The drain on the street goes into a separate system that feeds directly into the lake without treatment. This is one of the main reasons for restricting driveway car washing. This is why I prefer to go to the coin op car wash most of the time, as the water there goes into the waste water system.
