Absolutely not. The size of the sparkplug "hole" in the block for the Zetec is larger than the SPI. SPI/CVH wires will fit the SPI (Escort, Ranger, anything else that used the CVH 1.9L / 2.0L SPI), but Zetec wires will only fit a Zetec block.
SPI wires may fit a Zetec, but the boot shape / size is different and might not reach correctly. I'd advise against that idea, myself.
