Make an account on www.photobucket.com (it's free) and upload your pictures there. From there, you can copy and paste the image tags (the IMG in square brackets) into your posts on message boards and it'll display the picture from the photobucket hosting site.

I'm sure there are some detailed step by step instructions posted somewhere, but it shouldnt be that hard to figure out if you're slightly computer literate.
