There's nothing wrong with this new tax and also nothing wrong with strengthening the building code. I applaud both efforts.
You don't need a freaking H3 to get groceries for yourself and your dog, and you don't need a Hemi Ram 1500 to go across town to buy new shoes. Sad, but really rampant in this world.
