I totally agree with you there andrew, really it's people like this that do this that really are truely idiots, and yes the Dane's legal system did a good job in this case.

I may be old fashioned, but to me a "life" sentence means you end your days in jail. If that crime was only worth 16 years then so be it ... but why call it "life?"
And yes ... I have the same problem with our system here. For the most part I don't agree with capital punishment, but it seems to me that killing someone the way they did in this case certainly justifies a true life sentence.
