Whatever happened to "an eye for an eye"?
It would work so much better that way!
All these little gangsters walking around the streets stabbing people.. killing people.. Rapists.. I'm sure it would be a better deterrent knowing that if you were to stab this guy in the gut, it's going to happen to you, rather than the slap on the wrist they get now....
