Last year at this time I was in way better shape... working out etc... now this year I don' t think I've touched the equipment more than to move it out of my way when getting to a shelf..... no time to workout.... working and working on the race car.... when i get a spare second i just want to sleep..... If I worked out a bit i might happen to have more energy... so... my muscle tone etc has weakened... however i haven't gained more than 5 pounds.... i still hover at 170-175lbs.... probably because i just don't stop... from 5:30am-1am usually daily sometimes even 2am or 3:30 last night.... If i could slow down i might be able to get some sort of plan on the go....
