The police doesn't know that a focus have a cat right at the front of the motor, you can always say that it is under the car where it's suppose to be. If it passes emitions I don't see a problem, look into the laws in your province, here in Alberta everything goes, including the cat :P By the way I hate hondas with a passion, every one does things to hondas, and most things are bad taste like fartcan and stupid ass wings. :D
