I don't own a bike or ride a bike but I would be agaisnt a law that minimalized their noise. Noise is the only thing a biker has that notifies drivers that they are coming. I am sure you can all imagine a time when you have been driving on the highway and an annoying loud bike rips past you..but you hear it coming you see it coming and you let it be. I was talking about sport bikes there. Choppers on the other hand are a little excessive, and i say this mainly because Choppers are ridden around the city to show off. and they are a lot louder then sport bikes...well at least percieved loudness.....theres my rant
