It was built about 26-30 years ago at best estimate. The common wall is definitely block... I can attest to that for the few nails I've bent so far :lol:
It's definitely drywall over it, that's for sure. The thing is, we're having a hell of a time finding any wood anchoring the drywall to the block AT ALL. It's like a minor miracle is holding the s*** up. Hmm. I might have to dissect a section in the basement to figure this out.
