98-01 euro upper grill (excludes NA turn signal)
98-01 euro lower grill (meshed in with the NA fog lights)
The headlights look like the euro ST170 headlights (with the interiors painted a dark grey colour) but these are one of kind euro 02+ headlights painted black.

That is exactly what I am looking for with the exception that I want to dump the fog lights as well. Can you tell me the source for the parts?
