Alright... so, the dealership wars begin...

I brought my car in today for the 10 K service (the odometer read 10104 as I pulled into the dealership)... I asked them to take a look at the rear shocks and to re-align my rear door which somehow no longer fit into the frame of the car...

So, they fix the alignment issues, and call me at work to tell me that now I need to get a four wheel alignment, that my steering wheel is completely off. WTF I say... so I ask for a further explanation.

Well... history has it that I had complained about an issue previously that could be related to this whole alingment issue... and nothing was done about it. And now, they're telling me that because my car is over 10K km, they won't cover a re-alignment service under my new car warranty plan (which I might add should cover till 60K kms).... b*llsh&t I say.

And then, to add insult to injury, I'm looking at the actual service print-out that they provide me with... and the frigging odometer reading that they recorded was 10 586... wtf, yet again... where did they get that number? Knowing full well that without the 'scheduled maintenance' followed to a T that warranty privileges can be revoked at any time... So I ask them to change the mileage on their hard copy version of my service report... so they write it in pencil, not on the actual report...

Did I just have a bad day and I'm worrying too much about this, or should I turn tigress and get somebody in the frigging service department to pay attention to me instead of laughing me off as 'just another girl driver'??
