Why are you asking us when your last line basically says your not willing to get help?
I've been seeing a chiropractor for years, after I had a similiar incident and was laid up for 30 days putting on my socks.
Don't knock it till you try it. They do help those that have chronic back pain. And being overweight doesn't help me.
TEAM PITA Don't settle for a wannabe, only accept the real deal.

One day I will rule the world. For now, I have to settle for this place.
