its made by Seth GReen aka creator of Family guy

Seth Green created Robot Chicken, Seth McFarland created Family Guy, but in some of the episodes of Robot Chicken Seth McFarland voices some of the characters.

Robot Chicken is on Teletoon every night, so just watch out for it.
