That's some serious progress, especially given how busy you've been. I've split to half sports (hockey / ball hockey) and half cardio / weight training for how I spend my time.
I give an hour in the gtm (not quite a full hour of working out yet) at least, and then ball hockey 4 days a week (Mondays are/will be 2 hour events).
Standing calf raises alternated with seated calf raises really blast your calves, man. That's something I learned just last week.
