I've been off the fitness wagon of mine for almost a month now...I've been on a tasking to help support people going to Afghanistan, and there hasn't been any time to go to the gym.
When this weekend is over, I'm going to go back to it, and I hope to keep around the same weight and whatnot (200 lbs, 5'6")...get rid of fat with eating properly, but keep adding muscle mass from weight/strength training.
