suprisingly it's not an uncommon thing actually...

In Japan it is kind of expected of you to commit sucide if you fail at something relating to the public or loss of life in the event you were soley responceable.
I was the only member on this board with a Yellow Focus Sedan, and a 2002+ Euro Facelift on a sedan.
