Okay, this seems to be going nowhere. Besides those that have posted information and willing to help so far, is there any interest from the membership to attend?
Even if you just want to come down for one day and not do the overnight thing, to get this off the ground we have to know that this event would interest the membership.
And with me being away for most of March, this needs to happen now. Or a good idea may just have to be "put out to pasture".
