Actually several NASCAR teams are racing a Chevy Impala now (I'd have to look up which teams are doing this right now) and the rest will eventually switch over, likely to co-incide with the "Car of Tommorow" making its full time debut in '08 (The CoT is racing a limited schedule this year)

Adios to the Monte Carlo, the last NASCAR entry to actually be the 2dr coupe that NASCAR required the manufacturers to run :(
