Going to the black and white scheme does two very important things:

1) Increases the cops visability (Always good to know where the enemy is :))

2) Makes them stand out from the friggin' "Security Guard" cars that are of the same bodystyle (Why these cars were ever allowed to look even remotely similar to cruisers is beyond me :rolleyes:
