Wow, you have quite a list of questions there and I don't think I can answer any of them but it sounds like you have quite an ambitious project ahead of you. One thing you might have to watch out for is intake and exhaust manifold locations. You might have to have some custom pieces made due to different engine bay configurations. But good luck with your projects and keep us all posted on how your making out.
