i 100% argree with you guys, a house is probably the most important thing that you can buy in life. and that throwing money at a car wont make me any money.

but saying that,

i think for some people do things not for the money but they do it for the satisfaction. one of the biggest reason i turbo'd my car is because i always look at turbo kits, pistons and other s*** like that and though i would never have s*** like that. since i was 14 ive dreamed about Rx-7's and supras even before f&f came out. and now that i have the know how, and a small cash flow i can do these things. i mod cars because i have the satisfaction, knowing that i made something to make my slow as stock car go fast makes me happy. putting a turbo in my car by myself was of of the greatest achivement of my life so far.

i know a ton of guys with crx's and crappy 1987 cars that dump money into them. not to show of to anyone or make money, but to have the satisfaction of job well done.

you guys think of it in way to much of a business situation. not everthing you do in life should be geared towards making a profit.

and lastly, what 19 year old dosent want a 400hp turbo car. :P
