I feel for you. I used to get pneumonia all the time, and it was the worst.
Take the time off to get better, take the medications, and you'll be feeling a bit better within a few days. Also, see if they'll prescribe you a preventative inhaler of some form.... that should stop the pneumonia from coming back.
Good luck with the recovery, and use every excuse possible to have your girlfriend wait on you hand and foot... preferably naked ;)
