you need to get your fenders rolled. There is a little lip on the inside of the fender, and that is where the rub probably is on the rear. on the front there is a tab where the fender liner clips onto. This tab can be bent back by hand. In the rear you either need to get it professionaly done, or there is a cheap method of using a baseball bat or pipe to roll it back. be aware that you might chip the paint on the lip if you do it yourself, and that you will need to paint or seal it after to prevent corrosion.
