Posting From Longhorn Server Beta 3

So far, so good... except it really likes to bitch about destinations for the Windows Server backup.

Running it on an Inspiron 600m laptop with 512MB RAM (going to upgrade when I get time), 1.5GHz Pentium M and an 80GB 5400RPM HD. It's fairly slick.

I've got AD DS up and running, Longhorn-level domain and forest levels, DNS, etc.

For those that get the beta, beware IPv6 and DNS name resolution when you're the primary DNS server. If you disable IPv6, it works fine. Otherwise, screwy NSLOOKUP stuff happens

That's all the geek I feel like speaking this afternoon.
