I'd fight it.  Thats retarded that they wrote you when you had the permit there.  Especially since you said he/she was able to read the permit # on the ticket.

Does it cost any points on your license or however you guys work it up there if you *would* be guilty of this nonsense?

Ticket was cancelled. Clerk in the office looked rather puzzled as to why I got it in the first place, made some stupid excuse, but didn't give me a hassle. Cancelled it without question. It was supposed to be a $150.00 ticket, plus the rath of THE WIFE
