I have to admit, this cast a pall of doubt on my recent plans to turbo the Duratec. I'm still likely to go through with it, but images of being pulled over randomly for "street racing equipment" searches without probable cause bother me.
Daniel - I'll keep you and your legal expertise in mind should I ever end up the target of these hare-brained new laws / rules. :)
