There was an aritcle about this on Yahoo the other day too about a Kia minivan that was legally declaired a lemmon in Florida. Kia had to buy it back as per state law and a month later the van wasn't destroyed but sold at auction and wound up on a used car lot here in Winnipeg. Here's a link to the ariticle...
