For some people yes it is apparently...
But I have to intercede here and suggest that you've narrowed the field down too much. There are certain things that automakers include now that *are* worthwhile outside of those you mention. I'm thinking here things like the steering wheel mounted controls, which allow a driver to retain their focus (pardon the pun) on the road.
Not to mention things like ABS/TCS, which are simply better at doing their job than all but the absolute best drivers in the world...
