it would ROCK to do a straight up trade. good luck man!!

the fusion you described sounds great. i did see one the other day that was white with tan leather interior and it looked pretty sharp! do you have the option of going with brushed aluminum trim for the interior? black leather + brushed aluminum looks good IMHO
