there are obviously security holes, but I'm pretty sure it's the bureaucracy that gets in the way...
ever notice how when someone at the dealership screws up, you get to rip into the girl at the business office, and even though she has no power or knowledge to make things right, she's gonna take the blame and the brunt regardless.
It's the same with my building... the filing girl handles the brunt of it, but she gets stuck with the same bureaucratic bs that the rest of us do... it's management not talking with the super or coordinating with the security company -- it's a shortcoming of the system.
