I like NHL 2k9 for the PS3 a little better than '09... just because '09 has become a too serious sim. I need a little bit of forgiveness in my hockey fix and the slightly faster pace of 2k9 as well as the ability to simplify the controls makes all the difference to me.
not sure why all the sports games have to be so hardcore -- I just want a little fun playing with my friends. Having to spend 15 minutes explaining controls to a newb is no way to play with friends.
