Since we are on the topic of pricing, I see that Ford is offering the same $2500 delivery allowance on 2008 Focus SE and SES models. My question is does the dealer pay the allowance or is that like a cash back to dealer from Ford? My sister wants a new car and I just started pricing one out for her when I noticed the allowance. Anyone know who pays the allowance-Ford or the dealer?
