the law is interesting but i dont see the point of allowing bluetooth devices. because holding a phone or not isn't the cause of the distraction its listening to the person talk. as far as im concerned anyway. besides stick the phone in a cup holder and put it on speaker problem solved and a really ghetto bluetooth setup.
