Just because the British are either: A - loaded, B - stupid or C - both doesn't make the RS worth that much here. That goes double if it's FWD.

If the STI can be sold for 44-48Gs new and the WRX265 can be sold for 34Gs off the showroom floor, there's no way in hell anyone's paying 48Gs for a Focus RS. It can be 300+HP all it wants, but the Mazda3 is an example of what happens to that platform without a LSD - chaos. They're also forced to lower peak torque output in the first two gears. If AWD was part of the picture, power-reduction wouldn't be required.

The Cobalt SS is FWD and turbos done right. The Mazda3, not so much.

So, if the RS comes over here - add a Haldex AWD setup and keep the sticker at or around 36-38000. Then it will be worth buying.
