I had to drive in to Toronto Friday night, what I couldn't believe was the number of people not adjusting their driving to suit the conditions. For a large portion of the trip the road was hard packed snow but in sections the snow had worn down to the pavement in the "ruts". Aside from the occasional jack a$$ most of us were treating the highway as a two lane road so we all had lots of room around us. Every few minutes though some idiot would come by, after seeing a set of white lines, still trying to follow the original lanes driving with two tires in the dry pavement rut and two on the hard pack snow. Like, !!!, I donââ¬â¢t need to explain to you guys why that's bad. We really need to adjust our driver training/testing system around here.
I hate people on a good day; I was ready to nuke the world after that drive!
Merry Christmas!! :)
