^^ There is no winter driver training that is compulsory in Ontario, but it should be. You shouldn't be able to get your full G without taking lessons on how to drive correctly in the winter.
I've said it before and I'll say it again - the entire licensing stream is CORRUPT and has been for years, ever since they decided that immigration was more important than road safety. People are shovelled through at ALL classes at alarming rates.
When you're "whitebread", you get harped on repeatedly because of the tester's frustration that they're not allowed to "screen" or fail certain types of folk.
Call me whatever you want. I saw it years ago, I've heard it's still happening to this day and it's likely not going away anytime soon.
Why else do these idiots overload vans and minivans beyond the seatbelt capacity? Fail to know how to recover from a skid? fail to leave enough space? Ignore red lights?
