Now, now Anthony, I'm sure Ford has learned from the "experience" of the Focus after the N.A. launch ;)
In fact I don't think any all-new Ford model since the Focus went through as many "development issues"
They finally figured out that it was easier, cheaper and generated more good will towards their product overall to put the money into the car from the start as opposed to fixing a problem that "may" crop up later.
Ask any of us that has a newer Ford that was designed & built after the Focus.
We don't have "coffee tables o'doom" :P
